Every time I drive around downtown Concord, I always see a crapload of crazy people. These people are wandering the streets, always by themselves, almost always drooling, and carrying an 80 lb. backpack. It's almost as if they come from some alternate dimension and fall through the portal somewhere near Main Street. I never see this in Derry, and have rarely seen it in Manchester. What the eff?
