Semi-Pro football. It's like prison league but a step above. At the end of the day it's a bunch of guys playing a kid's game strictly for the love of it, because none of us get paid.
We're 2-3, could be 3-2 easily, perhaps even 4-1. We have our fate in our hands. Our defense scored 3 TDs this weekend, almost a 4th. Our running game is sick, and will be even more stifling if our new QB can get a handle on our offense.
Everyone is glad that the Labor Day Bye week is here. We need it. Guys have the bumps and bruises. God knows I need it.
Gotta love the red face mask
Half a second too late, but it sailed incomplete. QB is Jimmy Lampron, played at Plymouth State and is fast as hell.
Funny that I can see Flack in the background up top with his hands crossed three rows from the top.

With the rest of the hogs on the d-line.
Going for the sack with Rick and Nickola in the back sealing him in.
Another tackle for a loss. That 'back was a beast. Easily 280 and ran pretty quickly for a big man.
Three more games. We have a shot to be 5-3, could be 4-4, 3-5, and in a nightmarish world we could be 2-6.
Up next are our "most bitter rival in NEFL history" in the Beavers.
But a week off is in order first.
