Apparently getting beat down 38-14, allowing a 108 yard kickoff return for a touchdown (all-time record) and cheering for your own QB to be hurt isn't enough.
Not too long after Brady and Moss put on a pass throwing and catching clinic, the NFL is stepping in and saying a Patriots official was video taping the Jets sidelines during the game, which could lead to league action.
What bothers me most about this is people calling it cheating or even spying. People don't say squat when the Jets annually bring in one or two guys that the Patriots cut to get down to the 53 man roster to debrief them and sometimes even add them to the mix. It's all about gamesmanship, and this is hardly a big deal, but people are making a huge deal out of it.
The funniest part of it is during the game they went to show a sideline shot of the Jets and an assistant was holding up a rather large sign that was blue and just had the number 24 on it. With that, I hardly think it is considered scandalous when a coach on the sideline is showing even the viewers at home what the coverage or scheme is called. Just nonsense over nothing and trying to take the wind out of the Patriots' sails.
