I said it a few weeks ago and I will say it again - the Patriots are a dangerous team with a healthy Tom Brady.
The bandwagon fans jumped off early, but Brady just needed time to get used to his reconstructed knee: running on it, throwing on it, and basically just forgetting about it.
People can say what they want about Belichick's decision to go for it on his own 28 against the Colts. They can say he didn't trust his defense to stop Manning with a huge field, but try this one: he trusted Brady to get the 2 yards they needed and at the same time trusted that his defense could stop Manning on their 28 yard line if they didn't get it.
As of right now there are 3 dangerous teams in the AFC - the Colts, the Chargers, and the Patriots. The Colts aren't as dominant as the 2007 Patriots were, neither are the Saints. Just look at the points given up and points scored and you'll quickly see. But that doesn't make the Colts or Saints any less dangerous.
Playoffs are another matter entirely. And the Patriots will be ready for a rematch in Indy when it comes down to it.
